Ed Dumas, B.Ed, M.A.Ed. Ed Dumas’ teaching skills and love of music have made him a familiar face to thousands of young music students and adult musicians around British Columbia. Based in Maple Ridge, Ed has been a secondary school music teacher and band conductor for more than 25 years. He currently conducts the Maple Ridge Concert Band as well as well as concert bands and jazz bands at Maple Ridge Secondary School. Previously Ed has taught at Thomas Haney Secondary, Westview Secondary, and numerous elementary schools across Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. He has also been a guest conductor and trumpet coach at music camps, retreats, and concerts throughout the province. Most recently, Ed Dumas has been voted “Maple Ridge’s Favorite Music Teacher” in 2008, 2009, and in 2010. |

Concert Band Quick Start Class Coming to Pitt Meadows! The Haney Summer Music Camp is proud to announce a Quick Start Camp to be held at the South Bonson Community Centre for the summer of 2012!
